Please fill out and submit the form below, and we will send you an invoice for $40.

Once you have paid the invoice, you will be entered in the contest! Limited to 20 contestants, with 10 spots being reserved for contestants local to Mohave County.

This year's contest theme is Route 66 Sweethearts. We are celebrating the nostalgic and romantic elements of Route 66. We encourage participants to dress in vintage 1950s and 1960s attire with a focus on classic Americana and retro styles, incorporating heart motifs, love letters, and other romantic symbols.
